Hallo! It’s based on the old custom of the literary salon: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salon_(gathering). We just hang out in a zoom room and I sort of run a conversation. If there are more people it becomes a bit of a Q&A, if fewer, more of a casual chat. If you’re shy, you keep your camera off and I won’t talk to you. I really love doing them, because there are so many interesting people and questions and topics that arise.
