Yes, this arc is finally finished, and Shoto and Goro will be returning this chapter.
After this chapter release, I will be switching back to a two-chapter-per-month release with a 15 day update schedule.

I think Shoto was responsible for giving him that scar during a duel I think, if I remember correctly. However Shoto still feels guilty to this day.
