gonna be cheesy for a second i think a lot of people over look the theme in this that art comes from the human soul & is a pure bright light. the scene where preacher boy burns the house down playing his music always makes me sob- music is timeless & yet you can listen to a song from before your grandparents generation & be moved. feel comforted...have a change of perspective. that's powerful. the reveal of sammy clutching his broken guitar to his chest leaving his preacher father behind 😩😮💨 don't ever let someone preach (looking at you sammy's father & remmick) to you their way is your way. we all worship different. we all fight off the demons different. never put down your weapon y'all-cling to whatever goodness that's pure,free, & comes from your heart💕✨
