Features:
- Features standard features allowable to sinks, such as brushing teeth, washing hands, and cleaning dishes. It has been updated for the Eco Lifestyle patch, so it is now also fully functional off-the-grid.
- Is ownable and lockable much like computers. This prevents it from being taken from others and used by Sims whom you do not allow it to be. It is also renamable.
- Can be stolen and sold in retail stores.
- Inventorial -- can be dragged into an allowable Sim's inventory.
Overrides:
- This mod does not override any XML used by the game. It is a completely new mesh/object tuning.
