UI Normal Sim Pictures Update

Update to Shimrod's original "UI Normal Sim Pictures" mod to add compatibility for toddlers and the Strangeville game pack. This mod replaces, for all ages toddler to elder, the UI thumbnail of all moods (besides sleeping) with the "fine" thumbnail.

Added compatibility for the new "Scared" and "Terrified" moods.
