15 Facts about TANAKA HEBI 'HEBI' ✨

Hey guys, since we will be diving deeper into the plot in the upcoming chapters, we haven't spoken much about Shoto's siblings. Here are a few facts that will be valuable to understanding Hebi's character but won't be fully explored in the comic. 

1. Hebi is really married to five different individuals. He has four wives and a husband. He's married to twin sisters, who were his first wives. The other wives arrived shortly after. He met in a hospital where they both worked as nurses. He was inadvertently bitten by a snake he was training, and he appreciated how they took care of him, so he asked both of them to marry him. One was a head nurse, while the other was a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. They agreed immediately. His husband is the main irezumi artist in the syndicate, responsible for designing and tatting the irezumi of all the lieutenants.

2. Hebi desires a large family (ten children) and has already begun having children. He married four women rather than one because he did not want his wives to end up like Sakura, his mother. This was so he could correctly plan their pregnancies without causing damage to their health.

3. He has two children, with a third on the way. He has no plans to allow his kids to join the syndicate, but he also has no plans to leave the syndicate.

4. One of his main reasons for marrying his husband was so that if he died as a result of his job, his wives would have another male in the home.

5. He despises blood and finds it exceedingly untidy to cope with. His primary concentration is poison, which is 99.9% effective and 100% effective if he actually wants to kill with it. When Hebi fights, he uses firearms or katanas, but mainly katanas since poisoning his blades are simpler than poisoning his bullets.

6. Hebi has a ritual in which he poisons himself for a month or a few weeks while developing a new poison. Fortunately, he has partners who support his work and assist him with antidotes.

7. He once poisoned Manda because he was fed up with him yelling commands (this poison focused on the throat). It was a very mild poison, though, and he had no regrets.

8. Hebi is recognized as the creepiest and most frightening of his siblings. However, he is the polar opposite of what others perceive him to be. He is just very protective of his family, particularly his little ones, who are currently toddlers.

9. Hebi's biggest wish is that Shoto can meet his children one day if he ever comes back to the syndicate, which he knows is unlikely.

10. His division is largely made up of women and exceptionally attractive guys since it concentrates on seduction and deceit. His wives are not engaged in the syndicate in any manner, but they do help their husbands in whatever way they can if they are required.

11. Hebi is as powerful as Itami in size and strength, but he prefers to keep his labor off the field as much as possible since he has the most to lose outside of his siblings.

12. Hiro is a very supportive grandpa, but Hebi is unsure how he feels about it. He wishes his father had been so gentle all the time while Hebi and his siblings were growing up. He does not, however, shut them out of Hiro's life.

13. Hebi is quite proud of his polygamous marriage, and he doesn't know how he would have functioned without it. He loves all of his spouses equally and makes sure they know it every day. They all sleep together as well. The kids have their own quarters.

14. Hebi taught all of his women how to fight, whether with firearms, katanas, or martial arts. They had to learn one, both, or all three. He doesn't want them to rely on him to defend them all the time, particularly when he has a job and they have children to watch out for and protect. His spouses are also incredibly intelligent in their own right and do not rely only on him for direction, unless absolutely necessary.

15. Hebi is the head of his household, but all of their decisions matter when it comes to discussions.
