Ajeet - I can definitely see that! I feel like the siblings know about the physical abuse and might have gone through it themselves since they know about him being in a “bad mood” and maybe only some siblings know about the sexual abuse. I can’t wait for future chapters to uncover more especially the relationships between their dad and the siblings individually!

2022-05-07 00:01:10 +0000 UTCI have a theory based on how complicated family dynamics are that there are things that Shoto’s siblings don’t know about having happened, likely the sexual abuse, though physical abuse was probably common and more obvious to them. Shoto probably got “special treatment” from his dad since he’s the eldest and the heir, but this is all just my guess based on rereading the story too many times to count lol. I hope it’s ok that I’m sharing my thoughts!

Ive been wondering this for a while now but since the language the subordinate use (“because i’m big and you’re small”), does this mean the siblings also know about their father sexually abusing Shoto? Or is it just a family motto or something? 🤔
