Thought I'd give Krita another try since last year it was disastrous. It still occasionally holds shortcuts down for me and forgets to switch to eraser sometimes, but the animation process really has potential. Way more accessible than TVPain(t).
I've been looking for a good program to "hybrid" my traditional animation with, and Krita's currently a good contender. Although I've not tried it with inking or colouring or anything complicated just yet. The fact motion tweens are going to have to be done outside Krita's a little off-putting, as well as the lack of a dedicated copy/paste for the timeline (like ToonBoom has) but only time will tell where this program may go next.
Also, there's never a frame "0" in animation, get rid of that! Although could be used as a notes page, or a place to put the dope sheet, hey! Could try that!
