Updated release info
Added 2023-12-12 02:38:42 +0000 UTCHey guys, I'm really close to finishing this update, unfortunately I lost a couple days due to some work stuff and couldn't get as much done as I'd hoped. I'm going to release it to Awesome-est supporters on Friday and Awesome-er on Monday. Then next Thursday it'll go out to Awesome supporters. I might not need this much more time but I don't want to have to push it back another couple days again. I'm sorry for having to move the release back as I know you guys are eager to play it.
Going forward I am going to have a better grip on my project management and I will release chapter 3 a week apart for the three tiers as I originally intended. Currently I don't have a release window for chapter three, but I'm going to spend a bit more time on the next update. Creating this much content so quickly is pretty taxing. Since August when I started this project I have spent every single moment of free time that I have working on it. This is by choice and I'm not complaining since I love doing this so much, but I really don't want to get burnt out and start to not enjoy it. I plan on continuing releases all next year and even into 2025 as I have 12 chapters planned for this story.
I will be setting up a Discord server as soon as I'm done this update. I wanted to wait until I had more time since I'm kinda new to Discord. This will be a great way for me to release spicier content that is not allowed on Patreon, since a lot of you have been requesting custom renders. I'm looking forward to doing these so look out for that soon.
Again, I'm sorry for the delay, and I want you all to know how much I appreciate the support. Thanks to you guys I was able to buy a new gpu that is drastically speeding up my render times and making me far less dependent on using paid cloud rendering so once again thank you all so much!

Thanks a lot for the advice, I kind of jumped into this whole thing feet first and didn’t do much practical planning for anything other than the story and characters. After this release I’m going to take a week or so off for Christmas and spend some time on project management and like you said, figure out how much time I need for the various aspects of the project. Want to echo what Sure, Not said above. I don’t want you getting burnt out. Please carve out some personal time in your schedule. Maybe even time yourself on certain key tasks of the VN (allowing for some breaks, etc.) to get an idea of how long this takes and estimate it going forward. I don’t think most people would mind the release schedule being pushed back. I subscribe to one creator who has one big release every 3 months. While that’s a little long, he’s consistent and provides weekly updates on progress and no one seems upset by it. Just keep peeps in the know on what your plan is and they should be fine 😃

Still looking forward to it either way. That said, don't burn yourself out. You definitely gotta have some you time. Everyone does.
