Black frieze was significantly stronger than MUI from the granola arc as well as UE vegeta. He quite literally one shot speed blitz them. Which if I remember correctly from old dragonball head cannon. He is probably around 30% stronger than their max power. So even if goku has been training for a year with whis. Frieza has also been training for the equal length of time. Not the same amount because goku was in alternate dimensions so time was definitely altered in some way. So now that brings me to the serum. That gave both frieza and cooler the abilities and capabilities of all the z warriors. Now this means that on top of their crazy potential they also have the potential of saiyans fused with that. Not gokus like ultimate, ultimate form he will probably get soon but the state he is at now I truly think both frieze or cooler should be able to speed blitz him given all these facts. Which means that they would both DEFINITELY BE ABOVE the destroyers. As stated by whis In which goku is now above any destroyer. Which means that with their powers multiplied not added because that's how the potaras do. They should be 100% guarantees stronger than both goku and vegeta when fised. Now I think they should be weaker than the 5 because I'm still not sure where the 5 stand. Only way they aren't is if gokus newest form that he should get here soon is on par with the 3rd strongest. Only way they aren't stronger.
