I know I'm in the minority on this (well amongst Mad Men fans, not necessarily the rest of people who have seen the show) but I really hate a lot of things about season 6. The first 5 seasons, though not done perfectly, did a really good job at having super fucked up scenes with racism, sexism, and worse that the show was CLEARLY showing were wrong. But in season 6 they use racial stereotypes as almost a crutch at times and it's no longer people being racist but the viewer knows it's wrong. A lot of it is just reinforcing racial stereotypes directly and at times, almost seemingly trying to put them as fact. It's like when Betty said "I really just don't know if civil rights is supposed to happen right now" and in the context of the show it seemed like they were trying to portray Betty as ignorant but then in season 6 it almost makes it seem like the writers agreed with Betty's sentiment. Very little was shown of the powers that be being at blame. On top of that borderline (I guess) sexual assault and harassment that used to be shown as creepy is now sometimes shown as romantic (might be confusing because I'm commenting on this episode but I'm not referring to Don's flashback... clearly that was portrayed as wrong).
I actually love a lot about this episode specifically especially Don's storyline and his interactions with Sally. But a lot of the rest of it is hard to watch because of the confusing morals and ignorance of the writers in my opinion. Also I won't get too into it because this is already too long but imo they ruined Peggy as a character this season and seemed like they didn't know what to do with her
