I did the same except with chainsawman movie instead of frieren but I think this list is more realistic cause csm movie isn't gonna release on crunchyroll before week 14 (and I LOVE frieren so a rewatch would be so good) Also i only said bocchi the rock but skip & loafer would be another great show for them to watch

Based on the number of chapters left to adapt after Season 1 and the movie, I think Part 1 will likely wrap up in Season 2. Part 1 isn’t very long, whereas Part 2 is still ongoing and has already surpassed it in chapter count. After this, I recommend Pluto (only 8 episodes) made by the same author as Monster and its sci fi. It’s absolutely fantastic.

They think international releases (and then streaming/blu rays) have a negative effect on their country’s economy so they withhold a lot for months. Take AoT’s finale movie (when they combined both final episodes into one and did update animation and music). It released in the fall in Japan and then released in February the next year internationally. It only came to streaming five months ago. Another example is Frieren, the blu rays/dvd is coming out in October despite the blu rays being out for over a year in Japan. They have this view that international sales will cause the Japanese to buy less domestically so they give themselves these massive windows before things are released outside of Japan

Every reactor thinks the snake lady’s nose bleeding is related to Makima attacking her (which is fair that’s what the show makes it look like) but it’s most likely due to her devil contract with snake. Typically it costs a nail to use the snake but spitting out and controlling a Devil snake ate probably costs more, hence her nose bleeding. The manga at least made it seem that way, the anime makes it seem like Makima is attacking her

It sucks season one is so short but I love that you guys have enjoyed it. Hopefully the movie won't take too long to come to streaming, it comes to theaters in the US a month from now which means by then even the english dub will be done

2025-09-28 02:01:45 +0000 UTCThink that's the first time I've heard someone say they have a fear of grasshoppers Been fun rewatching with the reactions, glad to see it went as well as I thought it would have, even with the bit between Denji/Himeno, but I do still wish that this was on hold until the story reached a point that I think everyone reading the manga would agree is a great place to watch the series as a whole, or catch up and join in for the latest highpoint like with Haikyuu One more episode before we're waiting for the movie, looking forward to it ^^
