2025-02-27 11:43:38 +0000 UTCReghabi didn’t say she wanted to haemorrhage the chip. She said she wanted to ‘flood’ the chip (presumably with whatever that liquid is in the needle). She said that a brain haemorrhage (i.e bleeding out) was a potential side effect of that procedure.
