WHAT'S WRONG WITH VINLAND GOD DAMMITTTTT!! I don't understand, Mappa. Why there's nothing anounced? I just don't get why? It's not like it was a failure, It was dominated in the crunchyroll awards multiple times, it was popular enough to get more seasons. What's wrong? :(

I notice this a lot on TikTok, someone has an idea/interpretation/theory, it picks up traction and all-of-a-sudden people in the comments are talking like it's a fact. Absolutely nothing in the series hints at him being the reason or even contributing to the peaceful timeline. Beyond that, all the hints and fragments you ARE given about the differences (like what happened to Vi on that job and the domino affects of that) are more than enough to tell that story without assuming Heimerdinger's involvement.

2025-01-05 22:28:22 +0000 UTCPowder basically had nothing to do with it - it was all Jayce and Vicktor. I wonder if Jayce was killed in the explosion at the doorway in that world. Powder took the gems in the "main" world but Jayce and Vicktor were able to continue their research anyway - their discovery was going to happen whether Powder had gone to rescue Vi or not; used the crystals or not. I'm thinking Jayce died and that's why hextech never came to be. That had been the one part of the first season that had been a bit confusing - we see Powder take all the crystals from the container - but I guess Jayce had even MORE because he and Vick have them to keep doing their research in ep 2/3. Jayce must have had a TON of them just stashed all over lol

In addition to the - Inazuma Eleven Movie, - Chainsaw Man Movie, - Zenshi, - The Rose of Versailes Movie, - Lazarus, - Jujustu Kaisen Season 3, - Dorohedoro Season 2, - Hell's Paradise Season 2, - Campfire Cooking Season 2 and - Oblivion Battery Season 2, they have now also announced Ranma 1/2 Season 2. The first season of Ranma aired in its entirety this week and was made by the Vinland Saga team. When is Vinland Saga Season 3 coming now? No idea, but Thorfinn now has an enemy and it's the management at Mappa.

2024-12-26 08:31:08 +0000 UTCi love the idea at the end that the reason why hextech isnt as advanced is because powder did not work on it after vi's death. She is the reason it never evolved. Ekko saying your ideas change the world is that much more impactful. I love this episode so much... it is definitely my favorite episode of the whole series and its really not even close.
