Yow fam, rare commenter here to say - live in Maine, from here, only a couple degrees away from a kid shot during the right wing asshole’s rampage- saying that to say really bummed to hear you keep saying that 2A abolition isn’t plausible- dream bigger and find it within yourself. Responsible gun ownership is nonsense, couldn’t be more of a myth, and when you talk on it it’s the only time you guys sound like you don’t know what you’re talking about- doesn’t pass the sniff test, both sides of the mouth varietal bullshit. I am a middle aged person and have never known a person in my life who was stable or responsible enough to own guns. It benefits no one including the person who is deluding themselves with whatever excuse they have for needing a possible murder weapon. Might seem revolutionary or cool but it’s neither, just regressive machismo. Never gonna be able to take the cops’ guns away if you’re not willing to give up your own. Not going to unsubscribe or anything but figured I’d sound off with some thoughts- make your own lives safer and advocate the same, it’s not an issue worth sharing common cause with cops and nazis on.
