How To Use Your 9-5 Job To Build A £1,000 Per Month 1 Person Business

How much would an extra £1,000 mean to you?

You could:

Not to mention reducing stress or arguing with your GF/BF over money problems.

I will explain how you can do it.

1: Making Your First £100 Online Will Completely Rewire Your Brain

The internet lets you reach a worldwide audience to sell your goods and services.

Are you meaning to tell yourself that you can't get two people to pay you £500 each every month?

Chances are, you definitely can.

The question isn't about if you can find customers—because they're out there—it's about whether you're willing to keep pushing until you do.

I promise there is a marketplace or an audience for that thing you can do.

Having talent and skill is definitely part of the equation, but what really separates the successful from the unsuccessful is perseverance.

Most people aren't failing because they lack talent; they're giving up because they convince themselves they can't succeed.

They allow fear, doubt, limiting beliefs and impatience to dictate their actions. Your biggest adversary isn't the market or the competition.

It's the voice and stories inside your head telling you it's not possible, that you're not good enough.

Anyone can give you '5 Hacks to make money online' But if your mind aint right, if you don't genuinely believe you can make money online, then no amount of hacks or productivity hacks videos will get you making money online.

Your mind will limit your income before your skillset ever will.

Do you believe you can do it? Like genuinely.

2. What Are You Good At Doing?

What can you do easily but you've noticed is difficult for other people? THIS is your business idea.

No matter how silly it may sound, I am sure there are people in this world who are making money out of it. There HAS to be something.

Now of course, some industries will have a higher earning potential than others, but this is not about making life changing money. It's about finding something which can give you an extra bit of income along with your Job.

If you’ve got a 9–5 job, you’ve got:

Plus, you’re already a one-person business selling to a customer of one: Your employer.

I started my 1 person online business (Patreon) with the skills & experiences I acquired from:

I took the skills and experiences from these parts of my life and then I started to create free content which I believe could resonate with people.

Then, I refined my writing & presentation skills, how I presented myself, and what I was offering gradually over time.

You also do not just want to focus on making content alone, you need to learn:

I have actually made several pieces of content on these subjects.

But this is how you will transform your experiences and skills INTO a business.

Many people get into content creation but they lack the knowledge on how to apply a business mindset/strategy towards what they do in order to make it profitable.

It's not JUST about making content 24/7

If necessary, I can make a detailed 1 hour video on how EXACTLY to turn an audience into clients or customers step by step.

if this post gets 20 likes, I will do it.

3. Social Proof

Whenever you receive positive feedback or achieve great results, make sure to document it.

You don’t need any fancy tools to start. Just take a screenshot and save it in a folder. Later on, you can turn this into a formal testimonial and it will give any new potential clients & customers piece of mind if you are offering something they have to pay for.

This not only helps attract customers but serves a much bigger purpose.

There will be times when you start doubting everything you’re doing, maybe even feel like quitting on the days or months thing feel slow and stagnant.

It happens to the best of us, even me.

But having concrete evidence of the difference you’ve made can help you push past these moments.

I can’t count how many times I’ve revisited messages to remind myself of my ‘why’ and get back on track.

4. Building Online Is Super Lonely

Find others who are on the same journey as you.

If you can’t meet in person, schedule a weekly check-in. Keep each other accountable and on track.

It will also allows you to talk openly about wanting to build an audience, views, followers, sales funnels, and all the online biz stuff.

If you can't find people, then just follow guys and girls online who are doing something similar and see if they have some paid group, nowadays most of them do. If they do and you want to meet like minded people, I'd consider joining.

This is also a great way for your favourite creators to actually take you seriously and overtime it can build into a real friendship (or relationship).

5. Don’t Quit So Soon

Did it not work or did you give up wayyy too soon?

I created online and built an audience for 3 years before making any money from it.

And then I have started making money from it for only 3 years now, even though it's not making as much as I'd wish, i know I can reach my income goal within another 2-3 years.

(Total = 8-9 years)

Usually people chase things with a low barrier to entry and they will give up at the first signs of resistance within the first few month but making money online will definitely come with ups and downs. Expect it.

(Don't chase the highest paid industry because again, things get hard, so if your heart is not in it, you will give up and quit when those hard and stagnant times come)

It’s nearly impossible not to achieve something if you show up every day for half a decade.

I’ll never stop writing or running some form of online business. It’s too enjoyable. I have so much fun doing it and it can be extremely profitable depending on what online niche you are in.

I plan in decades but execute every day.

You can do it too.

Remember if you want the video on how exactly to turn clients into followers, leave a like. If this gets 20 likes, i will do a full in depth break down.

Till next time
