2024-08-02 05:40:39 +0000 UTCOne thing I've noticed watching a couple reactions of this show is that The Bear doesn't really show the perspective at all of what a customer experiences at a Michelin starred restaurant. And I fully realize it's not something the show really cares about, its about the back of house characters. AlexandertheGuest just dropped his review of the French Laundry on Youtube. It's probably once of the most famous in the world and The Bear heavily implies a lot of the chef characters lineage comes from the French Laundry. I understand they are supposed to be comedy relief but this episode they really went overboard with them which makes me wonder if they are going to do anything with the main Fak besides comedy…

2024-08-01 23:58:17 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed series 3 for the most part, but one thing that seems off this year is the Fak brother scenes - they were funny & endearing in previous seasons but now they just seem manic and cringe…and there is just too much of them. Also John Cena’s character in this episode is just plain weird.
