Why "What Do You Bring To The Table" Is A Stupid Question

This is a stupid question that you need to stop asking (If you are asking it already)

Men nowadays are crying online to women about what they bring to the table.

This is a very vague question, It's not effective communication and It serves no purpose.

As a person who has value and values themselves, you are supposed to know what you REQUIRE from people in order for them to sit at your table.

You going around asking people what they 'bring to the table' shows that you yourself don't even know what you are looking for or what you require.

Whether it's friendship, dating or business, I've never had to ask a anyone what they bring to the table because I already know what I require from people before I allow them in my space in order for things to progress even further.

'What do you bring to the table' is a stupid question.

You are supposed to know what you require from people to sit and feast around the table you've built.

What do I need from this person?
What am I not going to deal with?
What does this person have to bring to this relationship?

And then you're supposed to communicate his effectively to them.

This is the way a true leader thinks.

Don't ask people what do they bring to the table, start telling them what they should bring to the table if they want to eat with you.

If they fuck with you and they have the capacity, they'll bring it to the table, if they don't they'll turn into a problem. At that point, wish them well and move on. It's that simple.

When you are aware of your value and you know the value you can bring into someones life, this is how you operate.
