I'd say the IWW is the best game in town for that, and "dual carding" by joining the IWW while in the Teamsters is totally normal and fine. The IWW is about training organizers and building skills and capacities in people, and encouraging direct action, rather than being the kind of union that gets paid to swoop in and get some names on union cards so that they can get a CBA signed with your employer with a no-strike clause.
