i would love for them to watch psycho-pass, it's such an amazing show for reaction in my opinion theirs discussions would be so interesting! I have never heard of houseki no kuni but ping pong is on my watchlist since forever lol i have to watch them.

2024-06-21 17:25:37 +0000 UTCright on, the thing with the polls is that it's really affected by recency bias, they watches ranking king, cyberpunk, violet evergarden, these range from good to very good imo but you know there're older short shows that are absolute masterpieces if they're willing to take them, kare kano [up to ep 18], ping pong, houseki no kuni, psycho-pass to name a few, like, these really get overshadowed because of the newer shows, even though most would agree they're far better.

And since they just watched a 20+ ep show, it could be nice to now watch a 10ep before starting again a 20+ ep show if you know what I mean? It's ofc not my choice to make so if the girls want to put frieren in the poll because it's high requested it makes perfect sense, they also have listen to their audience obviously.

Since frieren is one of the most requested, it wouldnt make sense to not put it in the poll (also you gotta think about what would benefit them (viewershipwise) most for them as well), but I definetly understand to try to get in the poll shorter shows after frieren.

2024-06-19 07:59:45 +0000 UTCWould really love if you watch a truly short show after rok ^^ I personally recommend pluto but there is also erased, odd taxi and madoka magika that people want too and they are all around 10 ep. I understand people who want you to watch Frieren but it's not a short show... It's 28 ep long and it's going to have more so it's a bit weird to me to put it in this slot when all the others shows that are recommended are actual shorts shows. It's not like rok or all the others recommended shows of 20+ ep that are completed you know. Plus, frieren is very popular it's a show that you'll watch eventually while all the shorts shows are not so it'll be nice if they could have a chance since it's their slot. I really don't want to sound annoying or anything, it's just that i'm following you because i do love your content and i'd love for you to watch more of shorts animes and i know i'm not the only one.

2024-06-16 18:36:45 +0000 UTCLove where Boji and Kage storyline is going, this episode is beautiful for the two of them. But I personnaly can't get to ignore what they did to Daida's character. It's not just him wanting to marry Miranjo, it's him being persuaded by his father to forgive her. Bosse was feeling so responsible toward Miranjo that he just decided to put that responsability on Daida which is not okay at all. Daida deserved a better storyline in my opinion. I'm still a bit curious about the ovas though.

2024-06-15 00:19:38 +0000 UTCFor clarification: Season 1 adapted the first 155 chapters, but left out many subplots that were then adapted into Treasure Chest of Courage (TCC). In addition, TCC 10 adapted chapters 156 to 165 and gives season 1 a finale to all storylines. As you said yourself, episode 23 feels pretty open-ended with Ouken. Season 2 will take a long time to come, if it comes at all. The manga is currently at Chapter 230, so with any luck we'll get a second season in 2030. But a movie has been announced that will probably come next year. My guess is that author Sōsuke Tōka is working on the movie since he stopped releasing more chapters since the movie was announced last year.
