You know, I don't want to be "that guy" but the Nov means 9 thing is true. There used to be 10 months, but JULius and AUGUSTus Caesar got their own months and pushed the 7th (sept), 8th (oct), 9th (nov), and 10th (dec) months back two on the calendar.
