shorter discussions won't mean more uploads, just more time for them to edit without feeling rushed. Upload schedule will be the same but they will be able to watch more at at a time, still one a week though because i'm sure they don't want to spend more of their week editing videos, their schedule is packed as it is.

It's actually YOU who are overthinking this, my friend ;).... They nailed it with their assessment. This is literally how nen works and how it is explained. Any type of risk/restriction that you put on yourself increases your nen potential. Nen is actually a bit sadistic because it rewards you for pushing your limits. You could say that it rewards the brave and the bold.

I love that she picked that out, the fact that a handicap can actually work to a nen user's advantage, as he is basically putting a restriction on himself, which in turn multiplies his nen potential. The greater the sacrifice, the greater the nen resulting from said sacrifice.

I know Lola & Milena enjoy having long reviews after the episodes they watch, but does anybody know if in the past, the audience has suggested cutting down post-episode discussions to 10-15 minutes, especially for longer running shows & anime such as HxH in order for them to have more time to react to more episodes and push out more content. Obviously, I know a decent amount of this audience really enjoys the long discussions and reviews they have after episodes and of course it is insightful to hear and interesting to see where there mind & headspace is currently at; all I can think about is in the 10 minutes before they began and roughly 30 minutes after they finish the episode, at the very least another episode could be watched with 10-15 minutes to spare for discussion and in total 25 considering the 10 minutes before they even press play. This is probably one of the worse sequence of episodes in anime you would hate to watch only one a day because of the pacing and its funny to see how antsy Lola & Milena are to watch more, not wanting any of the scenes to be repeated or dragged out because they know there only going to watch a couple a day and one episode is covering maybe a minute in real time at most. Milena especially seemed antsy when that Pouf scene was being dragged out about how worthless he was because it meant less time for the bigger plot points. I also understand that of course they have a lot of other things there busy with in their life whether it be school, work, family, friend etc. and they run all of there platforms by themselves including editing and whatnot but then wouldn't it make even more sense that maybe they shorten there discussions a fair amount so that they have more time to react to more episodes, other shows they are watching or maybe even spend that time editing? Correct me if I'm wrong but I think It would be in there interest as well as ours because of course they watch more episodes in a single batch and of course for us, more content is pushed out and we get to see there reactions either more frequently or more in one sitting. I honestly don't know how they do it because I'm sure we were all binging these episodes. Lowkey alot of this yapping, including the sort of leading/rhetorical questions is just a shot Im making at possibly convincing Lola & Milena to shorten there discussions so they can watch more lol... But I am genuinely curious about whether this has been suggested in the past and something they have addressed but regardless, this is just a suggestion and of course it's up to what you guys prefer and enjoy doing but if possible, it would be nice to hear from you guys (Lola & Milena) and all of my fellow viewers about what you think. Jack is correct that Gon deserves his revenge, Pitou and the ants did kite, bee girl, pokkle, and Kids and villages so dirty. Gon is 100% justified in doing what he's doing, last time he saw pitou, she had just took kite's arm off. He hasnt seen them develop mentally over 3+ months, and Pitou even a "good person". If the king asked her to kill a kid, she'd do it no remorse. She just doing a "good thing", thats why the author wrote it that way, Both Pitou and Gon are justified.

Lola is completely right about the eye covering thing potentially being a covenant and restriction. Although nen is a material thing that you only have so much of, it is absolutely impacted by your state of mind and your willpower. Despite it not being as iron clad as Kurapika staking his life on his chains, or Chrollo having 5 conditions to meet before making a steal, it's very likely that in at least this fight Shoot would have a greater level of power infused in his nen due to him covering his eye.

Pitou is not healing just anyone, she is healing Komugi - a person I have grown to like just as much as any of the main characters. On top of that, she is probably the most innocent one of all currently involved. Are you able to grasp the ramifications if she were to be a casualty of Gon's vengeance?

That scene showing Killua and Gon running in opposite directions has a lot of subtext. In the last episode we were introduced to the fact that Gon probably has the sharpest senses of the group and is the fastest to assess the situation, so it's implied that Gon also noticed the two chimeras on the opposite side of the room, and so he also noticed that Ikalgo could be in trouble for that, and even knowing all that he decided to follow his way to Pitou, while Killua did it differently. The writting in this show is fucking immaculate.

In some translations, Ikalgo actually tells Killua "YOU owe me one", which would make sense as the latter made a big mistake. But him telling him "I owe you one" also makes sense as it would serve to calm and encourage Killua after his mistake.

This is a bit of an unpopular opinion but I don’t care if Pitou is healing someone, Gon deserves his revenge. Pitou killed his homie(Kite). I’m biased as hell because I like Gon’s character but I can see how this also can be seeing as him being a bit of a hypocrite since Gon was the one who also didn’t want to see Kurapika in the path of revenge back then in the Yorknew city arc. It will be interesting to see how do you girls see his character moving forward from here. Two episodes is not enough (T-T)
