While I agree this arc is amazing and the coming episodes are top tier, do we really want it to finish so quickly? I think we much rather enjoy the journey instead of powering through the rest of the show in a matter weeks. But yes 6 more episodes please :)

2024-02-18 23:29:52 +0000 UTCI don't think so, I think he ripped his hands because he felt he humiliated himself by trying such a cheap and petty method to win, because this is not how a king is supposed to act, a king would beat his opponent when they are at full strength. He also acknowledges how his resolve is small compared to her.

Once he gets that win, he's not going to lose. He's almost entirely detached from consequences and it all mirrors and foreshadows really well.

He realized just how much he underestimated her and ripped his own arm off as an apology for disrespecting her by treating her in such a basic way.

Regarding the lack of Killua and Gon in these episodes, tbh I feel with so many characters in this arc, it would be impossible to focus only on em. The author in later arcs has a thing for putting multiple characters.. or I mean a LOT of characters in one arc at once.
