Real pedophiles behavior are way more creepier since they will act all nice to the children and have their smiles on all the time, makes you feel safe around them. Well not to mention that Hisoka or the troupe members are not heros they're bunch of psychos with mental issues and fckd up past which we don't even know yet, and so they don't abid by rules or laws, they have their own principles and philosphy... if Hisoka wants to do something he'll definitely do it. and i don't think he did it before, he simply feels drooled when seeing a stronger opponent or an individual who has an infinite potential for grow.
