It's not about giving credit to LM. They themselves have said that they can't predict this show. They are aware about their limitations. We can give all the respect we want to them but I do think that they won't be able to predict accurately trajectory of characters and story even if with the comment i have made. That's why togashi is considered a genius. They didn't get one thing correct about mob psycho 100 back then. mob's storytelling itself has been inspired from hxh. Its not I don't love them or don't respect their takes or ability to analyze and catch details, it's more about that this story isn't a normal one, let's not forget this is hxh. And imo there is no organic reaction when it comes to CA imo. York new lovers have already put some thoughts in their heads. Lets hope for the best.

I understand you're coming from a good place, but I think your worry is misplaced and I don't think you're giving the reactors enough credit. They have a better grasp of our main protagonists than any reactors I can recall. They said they're immersed in this arc and they haven't given us any reason to believe they're going to stop paying attention to the protagonists. And I feel they're on track to really enjoy CA. They said the combat style was immersive and they're picking up all the info as it comes. They're doing great-we should let them absorb the show organically-that's my take.

Phantom Troupe arc is very very good, but for me, Chimera Ant arc is something else, it's why HxH is considered the best shounen ever for most people, but that's just my opinion. For now, enjoy the ride, you girls have a lot to see!

are you sure? cause I just rewatched the whole show recently and I don't remember them labeling this mechanic at all nor do I think it's a spoiler since Kurapika just explained it. I remember them bringing it up again later but the people I rewatched it with all got confused down the line when if HxH would've went in depth with the fact that its just a general Nen dynamic it all would've made sense. If I see more people thinking it is a spoiler I'll delete but I don't think it is

Spoiler - They love fmab, aot and vinland. All are Deeply philosophical stories. Imo vinland has much more depth than anything in this list, even CA. Vinland is considered among top philosophical mangas alongwith berserk and vagabond. But CA is definitely right up their alley. It will surpass this arc imo for girls.

I don't know, I think this arc will be your favorite as it is for some people because of the themes of it and the characters, on the other hand, Chimera ant arc has a very different style of writing , it's more in depth and philosophical For me, its the best i didn't want to spoil more 😅
