Language is construct. It is something that we have created and and agreed upon among ourselves. It is not a law of physics, that is absolute, that cannot be negotiated with, that we can never go against. When you say pronouncing something is *correct" it is only backed by social consensus and nothing more. It doesn't matter how we pronounce it. As long as sayers and listeners understand the meaning and intent behind the word it's fine since this is no class and no one is gonna get graded.

6:34 don't worry about pronunciation of word "troupe" . There are so many accents in English language. British, American, Australian, Italian, indian, Mexican, African etc. None is the "best" or the "correct" way to pronounce a word. In fact English itself has borrowed words from Latin, French, hindi, Norse(vinland saga is based in such period) and many britishers do not pronounce the borrowed words "correctly" as the natives do. people from different regions of the world also spell words differently. Language is for communication and as long as we understand each other it's fine.
