From my understanding the size of the cropping of the video doesn't cause the copyright issues, it's the audio / if the video is 720P and above (720P / 1080P) that is triggered for copyright detection (hence why most TV show episodes or scenes are uploaded 480P). For example I uploaded a Better Call Saul video which now has 560k views and because it's 1080P it's ad revenue is redirected to AMC, but if I uploaded the scenes from BCS in 480P I would be the one getting the ad revenue. I could be wrong but this is my experience with uploading TV show scenes
Source: AUDIO BETTER CALL SAUL (ContProt) Content found during: 0:00 - 7:00 is what resulted in my video here being labelled copyright
Then the 1080P visual from 2m onwards is what also caught the copyright claim, if it was 480P / the audio was lesser then it passes copyright and can be used for profit

The edited reaction does show the whole screen, it's just the full reaction that's like that (kinda so you can sync up with your own copy if you want).

I get that and I get they are being cautious but most people post the full thing and are fine

In order not to get into trouble with the copyright. But you can if necessary from 9anime or gogoanime simply put the appropriate episode over it.

I just re subbed after like 7 months, why do they only show like less of a quarter of the screen now? this is a exclusive site but on YouTube there are people who show the entire screen when reacting lol
