It's Max Richter's 'On the Nature of Daylight'. It has been used in a lot of different media. I know it from Arrival. And the composer himself I know most prominently from The Leftovers.

The only time I've seen them upload two in a day is if they missed a day of uploading, but even then they sometimes just push everything back one day. The current show cycle is: The Last of Us, Mr Robot, Hunter x Hunter, Mr Robot, Vinland Saga, Hunter x Hunter, and then back to the top, rinse and repeat. Although that schedule may change at the end of the week with the Attack on Titan mega episode coming out.

Not trying to complain but there is a lack of consistency when it comes to the airing of these episodes - just not sure what day to check in as the calendar is unstable. Cheers
