Mod Updates 8/23/22
Added 2022-08-23 20:33:00 +0000 UTCThe new version of Keep Sims in Home Region is now available for everyone! Thank you to everyone who participated in the Early Access period and gave feedback!
And once more, a massive thanks to LeRoiDeTout for his help on the script overhaul that makes the mod run faster and enables all of these new features.
New features:
- Assign Townies to Worlds - create your own townies and put them in the World where you want to see them
- Regional Filters - allow Sims to travel between select Worlds
- Soft Filters - prefer locals first and then use existing Sims instead of spawning new ones
- High School Toggle - allow High School students from everyone world instead of just Copperdale
- International Hub Lot Trait - designate specific lots as places where the filter should be ignored
Bug fixes:
- Fixed issue where Sims traveling in other Worlds could not use a hot pot
- Fixed issue where NPCs from the Paranormal stuff pack would not appear
- If you had been using the Early Access version, this update fixes the issue where Sims you assign to certain worlds like Mt. Komorebi and Sulani would not receive local or native traits.

New Emotional Traits, New Hobby Traits, and New Spa Day Traits have all received a small housekeeping update:
- Changed the script slightly to avoid issues when the user is unable to create a log file for some reason (read-only folder, Windows security, etc.)
- Fixed some inconsistencies with incompatibility with the new traits added in the High School Years expansion pack

Lifetime Quirks has been updated with a minor fix and a new translation:
- Fixed some issues with the store and doctor interactions in Brindleton Bay
- Added French translation by AngryTeaDrinker

Hey, just wanted to say that after playing with this in game for a bit, its working great and pretty easy to use. Also just wanted to point out to anyone reading that they will need Zerbu's High School Spawn fix (found in their "More Mods..." section) for your custom sim teens to show up at school in the first place, then this mod to unlock teens from any world and not just Copperdale. Thanks again!

I didn't understand why none of the 20+ teens i kept making weren't showing up in High School. the boost you've added in functionality/head cannon/customization is mind blowing. ... I'm so grateful, Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!
