Pre-release: Parenthood Hard Mode

Pre-release instead of Beta because this is a simple mod and basically complete as-is. I'm considering adding more to it, like difficulty settings, based on feedback.
As much as I love the Parenthood pack and the character values system, it's a bit easy. Most of my Sims max out their Manners and Responsibility traits without much active effort on my part, and those two are the most overpowered in my opinion. Children rarely seem to act out or act up. This mod should change that.
Starting at toddler age, children now start at a random value in the red, ranging from 0 to -85. This keeps them out the range for the negative trait upon aging up, but squarely in range for negative autonomy. Plus, it means you'll have to actually earn the positive traits. Certain personality traits, as defined as Maxis, will guarantee a Sim starts in a much worse position than the average Sim, but others will actually give them a positive starting point.
Let me know what you think. I'm curious to know how hard this feels, especially on people playing with shorter lifespans.
Extract it from the rar file and install it like any normal mod. The Parenthood Game Pack is obviously required.
