How much nudity are you comfortable with? Which items of clothing must stay on?
Are you comfortable with rope marks? Impact marks? If so, where?
Do you have a medical condition that could affect your safety during the scene?
Are you looking for a platonic, playful, or sexy scene?
How much experience do you have?
Are you comfortable with touching? Which parts of your body are off limits?
Do you have an asthma pump/anti-convulsant/etc on hand if you get into trouble?
Do you have a condition that can affect your blood pressure or blood sugar?
Do you have any psychological triggers?
Do you find it difficult to safeword?
Are we on the same page about our safe signal?
Do you know which symptoms could indicate a serious problem during the scene?
Do you know the location and symptoms of nerve damage?
Have you taken any mood/mind-altering substances?
Have you slept and eaten?
Do you have an STI or bloodborne disease?
Are you comfortable with skin tears?
Do you have an injury or chronic pain condition? Are you particularly vulnerable to nerve injury?
Are you taking blood thinners? Do you have a blood clotting disorder?
Are you, the top, prone to losing consciousness? If so, do we have a spotter?
