Megaman 2 - kando mode v2
Added 2023-01-04 13:25:30 +0000 UTCI did a *bit* more this time, with everything from v1 but also:
-All special weapons have infinite energy (except gemini man's weapon as it can softlock)
-You can press up or down ANYWHERE to be on a ladder! Much easier to place yourself in a spot and wail on a boss.
