Bionic Commando - kando mode

All sourced from various bionic commando documentations and the bionic commando editor, as well as my own experimentations.
-No collision/damage
-Rapid Fire
-Infinite Lives
-Start with 2 extra weapons
-No knockback (well thats pointless after removing collision)
-Regular gun allows 3 bullets, rapid fire
