SMB3 - Kando Mode v2

-Space/Air jumping
-P-Speed always active (vertical scrolling, max run speed)
-No death by falling/lava
-Move on the map as you like!
-Enter any tile as you desire!
-Using any item on map does not remove it from inventory
-POW block in 2 player vs mode does not get "used"
-Pressing SELECT in-game changes your current suit
-Holding A or B and pressing SELECT equips the shoe (glitchy model)
-Coin Ship and Roulette always appear after beating a level
-"Debug" menu activates on title screen:
--hitting start starts the game like normal with full inventory
--left/right adjusts lives?
--up/down adjusts starting level
--(NOTE: you cannot see any text, just a cursor)
