I mean, most of the best ones don't have human butts, if we're talking about the general definition of a monster girl. Can't shake the idea that a slime girl would just phase through her panties. But I can imagine them as great givers! Especially any with inhuman strength, inhuman height, extra limbs, tentacles or wings/flight. Monster girls delivering monstrous wedgies is something I'd love to see... Perhaps a spider girl could weave her victim an extra bouncy pair of panties out of silk? Something like that.
