On the 2nd page, the phrase “Don’t you look like you can’t afford to do anything else?” has unclear meaning. I think this happened due to「余裕」not having a direct translation to English. From my understanding, it can be used to describe a resource that is lacking, whether that be space, time, money, or emotion. The way「余裕」was translated to ‘afford’ would make more sense in terms of money, like not being able to afford a game. 「金がなくて新ゲームを買う余裕ないかも。」 Using the rest of the dialogue, it seems this line was about the boy not being able to handle any more pleasure or something of the sort. Therefore, something like “You look like you can’t handle anything else” would be better, or perhaps a different structure “Are you already at your limit?” Also, on page 4, “…I start torturing *my* nipples…” should be ‘your’ nipples. As is, Ruri is saying that she is torturing her own nipples.
