It's his 1st Japan Digital Single, pat. Basically, it's his debut in Japan. Starting from tomorrow, he's going to hold "special live tour" in Japan. Don't really understand either what it means, but I'm guessing it's like a mini concert to promote his debut...? But yeah, whatever it is, hopefully his activities in Japan run smoothly 💙
