DREAM 1 - THE PYRAMID LIBRARY

I'm documenting my dreams here so that I can remember them better & they have been so interesting lately, I thought I'd share.

I was in Chicago or Texas. I was going to their big library. It was a huge pyramid made of glass & steel, the glass was dark green. The steps leading in to the building had brass detailing with lots of Masonic symbolism. The main hall was huge & airy like a classic train station. The middle floors were darker with tall ceilings. There was a big hallway around the exterior wall & the core was presumably posh office space, bars, cafes & restaurants dotted the hall, they had huge slabs of marble everywhere, cafe seating, people were well dressed & it was bustling. It felt like the 1920s but it was the future. The people were very diverse but dressed nice, no casual wear. At the top layer was the actual library with tons of metal bookshelves holding every book ever printed in English. The ceiling was tall & eventually came to a point.

I woke up feeling enthusiastic about the future.
