Can make extremely powerful psychic powers depending on emotion. She is a human clone, manufactured by Orcas with the human sperm cases in abandoned cities. The Orcas used these sperm to create human weapons or slaves, Marnie is their first ever subject and one of the most powerful weapons they developed. The image shows protecting her friends against the pursuing Orcas trying attain them. Yes, this is basically a mix of Stranger Things and Mob Psycho as reference, I love those shows XD
