I totally understand why so many artists & people in general are so bugged out by AI art & computers & robots & automation in general. My thoughts on this have changed & matured over time so bear with me. I used to be a total Luddite, hand writing only, no computer, no car, I even went without shoes or a clock for a while! There is definitely value to humanity unaided by technology. There is no question. But over time, my priority has been personal success & survival over any ideological contraption. Having my life saved by technology with the stroke & being so dependent has made me really see the benefit of these things in a very clear way. Also, it should be clear that I haven’t drawn the way I want to for four years, this loss cannot be understood, it has to be lived. Anyhow, there is no question about the value of craftsmanship & the human touch, but, AI art is helping me achieve some sort of creative feeling that I haven’t felt for too long. This isn’t an argument, or a rationalization or an excuse, it’s an explanation & a statement of understanding.

I‘m totally with you! I also don't understand where the line should be drawn. I know artists who are upset about AI-generated art, but unashamedly use the ideas of Games Workshop themselves and make money with them. And what about collages? Here, too, the material of others is used and something new is created. Please continue with your art. I look forward to each of your new creations and works and I'm glad that you show them to us!

Perfectly stated. Thanks. Also, I’m digging the hell out of seeing your singular vision no matter what the medium!

No complaints here. Keep up the good work. FWIW, I started drawing as a kid -my grandfather was a pretty good sign-painter so my artistic spark was kept alive and encouraged throughout my childhood. Unfortunately, I wasn't as disciplined as I could have been and never really honed my talent. I kept doodling over the years and created a few things I'm proud of. But, mostly felt the frustration of never being able to get what was in my head, through my hand, and onto the paper as I thought I'd see it. I cannot imagine the feeling of losing the abilities you had prior to the stroke and am happy you've found an outlet for your genius. Keep on keepin' on!
