Hello, patrons! ;)

It's time for another progress update about The Cursed Trial.

I've done a lot of work on the visual novel's script, writing and editing the second major route.

I sorted out my plans for the routes and choices and decided there will be one major choice in the last chapter that will send you into one of two major routes. And then there will be some choices or consequences for individual characters - romance, who lives, etc. =) Some outcomes will be fixed, for example in route 1 character A has to die.

I've been focusing on the player choices and finishing all the text. Although I initially intended to polish the first route, I've put it on hold until I have the rest of the content written and imported into the game. Right now, the in-game word count of Chapter 7 is around 22.000 but I believe it will be significantly higher when I'm done.

If I stay on the current schedule, I should finish the text and have it all playable in February. But then comes setting up all the graphics and audio, and then testing. This will be the chapter with the highest word count and the most complicated one to test, so wish me luck. :')
