The first time I cooked for my father-in-law I confused cilantro and parsley (I was very new to not-from-a-box cooking). Unfortunately he is of the soap taste variety as I could see from his face at the dinner table. I still blush when I see cilantro in the produce department. Long time listener, recent patrion (sorry to us both that it took so long 😳)…Thanks for being so freakin’ rad. 🔥
