Hello everybody!
This week I'd like to hear your general ideas for mods you'd like to see us release this year, but I would also like you to start thinking about Vanilla Traits, and what traits you'd see added.
Don't comment any trait ideas just yet!
This TTS thread will be used from 15/09/2020 to 22/09/2020.

I hope it isn't too poor form to post on an ancient announcement: but every VSE storyteller except Perry Persistant has an associated VFE faction. Perry needs a faction!
2020-10-14 03:18:41 +0000 UTCA steampunk mod or something similar to add more flavor for medieval play throughs. Like it could have airships(For SRTS Expanded),chemfuel prosthetics, and new crafting benches.

2020-09-19 14:08:55 +0000 UTCI'd very much like to see a Baking module for Vanilla Cooking Expanded. I know we have generic bakes and desserts, but some actual breads, cakes, and pies would be very cool. Maybe even pizzas that carry the effects of the cheese you use to make them!

2020-09-16 09:33:14 +0000 UTCAdditional tribal clothes are already added by the apparel and armor mods I’ve released,’pottery is in furniture art. It’s more tricky that I thought xd

2020-09-16 09:32:56 +0000 UTCI second this. I would really love to see more variation in quests. The more the better imho. I love what you've shown us for the vikings quests and more like that in general would be awesome.
2020-09-16 08:44:48 +0000 UTCI love the idea! Adding it to the list. And yeah, I do occasional art for Tynan :)

2020-09-16 08:43:53 +0000 UTCI saw Tynan in a thread on reddit some time ago and commented on it, waiting for a suggestions thread where I might be able to bring it up. The idea is that there can be new factions or additions to the factions like Pirates or Tribals where they can have permits or titles like Royalty with "Very little code". Tynan commented on how he was surprised no one made a Tribal or Pirate titles mod yet. I immediately commented with Vanilla Pirates expanded jokingly. You can find the thread here: https://www.reddit.com/r/RimWorld/comments/iescc0/man_royalty_dlc_is_worth_its_money_just_for_the/g2jom15/?context=3 I was thinking of something making use of faction leaders for pirates could be very neat since they have no role in the game. kidnapping them for pirate factions to become friendly while permanently reducing faction relations. The priates in general would require some sort of aesthetic since they have none atm, something to distinguish them from other factions since they're just hostile *everything*, a mish mash of whatever they have. Could possibly give them scrappier apparel or whatever, maybe something akin to the scavenged goods of apocalyptic settings like Fallout or Metro. As for titles and permits, along with the consequences of those titles like royals I don't know. Anyway I was wondering if you were still working with Tynan on Rimworld since the new update, nice to see those little additions of apparel!

2020-09-16 05:40:14 +0000 UTCI'd love to see a quest expansion at some point. Ideally with more randomly-varying quests like the refugees.

2020-09-16 05:33:21 +0000 UTCIs there much to do for a tribal expanded mod? Like some additional tribal clothes, pottery making. Are they already touched upon in other mods?

2020-09-16 03:52:50 +0000 UTCI would love to see your guys' take on a uniform mod, such as coloring and what not

2020-09-16 03:44:16 +0000 UTCHow about an update for Vanilla Plants Expanded which adds vanilla plants/beans? You could call it Vanilla Vanilla Expanded- Vanilla Module.

2020-09-15 23:10:47 +0000 UTCThere's a mod that works with the Vanilla Props and turns them into actual storage options.
2020-09-15 20:46:41 +0000 UTCOn the arcade side, I don't believe there's many options though right? I like the arcades from the other mods that can also slowly train some skills and whatnot. Lots of arcade options. Cartridges are like a rare trading commodity too. I like that aspect.
2020-09-15 20:30:35 +0000 UTCYou keep teasing us with great things. Was thinking of a Vanilla Storage Expanded mod. At the moment I feel the storage choices are lacking. Of course there are other mods but would love to sees one with the Vanilla Expanded sauce.
2020-09-15 18:29:43 +0000 UTCArcades and darts are already in VFE, my friend.

2020-09-15 17:41:08 +0000 UTCI would love if a VFE mod would come out and take over all the small little joy mods I have. Tribal Instruments, arcades, board games, darts, etc.
2020-09-15 17:27:41 +0000 UTCSeeing as though Vanilla Furniture Expanded recently won the poll as your best mod series, maybe it's time to revisit it, after all you did create a whole new joy type for it. A recreation pack could be fun. Game consoles that attach to nearby TVs and provide electronic play, slot machines that have compatibility with hospitality to take some silver from guests (or maybe the house doesn't always win?), jacuzzis that give comfort, fun, and a mood boost for a bit? Endless possibilities, really.
