As we are coming closer and closer to release for Vanilla Textures Expanded, I have prepared the final animated infographics for you to see what has been changed.
We will of course keep adding new textures as time goes on.

Nothing will really be incompatible as this mod doesn’t really have any code, just textures. What the game does is it loads things from top to bottom - Core is first, since it’s the actual game, and it has all the things in the game. However, the textures core loads get overwritten by our mod. If you use any other retexture mods, you need to make sure they are lower than our mod if you want to keep their textures over ours. As for removal of specific textures - textures are loaded on game start and can’t be changed mid game using mod options. Therefore it’s easier if you manually remove the textures from the mod folder.

2020-03-02 19:25:28 +0000 UTCThe other mods of mine already have textures that are 2x the size of vanilla textures - hence are in high quality. The reason we are doing this texture pack is so that vanilla textures are not blurry when placed next to mine.
