well i think professional opinion is that you should part your responsibilities and tasks to small achievable tasks because it gives you small successes which spares you the loss of dopamine which lets you do well pretty much anything and making sport which creates more dopamine but i'm not sure how helpful or annoying this comment is ...i'm sorry .-.
