An Update to Tiers!

Hey folks,

In the desire for transparency, I feel it's important to let you all know I've updated the rewards for each tier now that I've been operating this patreon for a year! I totally understand if this is disappointing or changes your relationship to this page (you can unsubscribe - it's all good - I really don't want anyone to feel ripped off).

It's frankly really hard to thread needle of "good value" for the both of us. I have a lot of projects on the go and don't want to over commit to rewards but I also want there to be some real benefit to subscribing! If there's something specifically you'd like to see from the tiers *please* let me know.

Initially, the second tier would receive a single riso-print a year which I had already opted to replace with sending out periodic "pen pal" postcards and other mail-able merchandise. This will continue forward at the pace of at least once a year.

The third tier includes the above tier, as well as access to custom drawings. Initially, it was that you'd receive a copy of the yearly Blind Alley book that frankly ended up being unsustainably expensive between producing and shipping the book. However, I just messaged everyone who is owed the first book! So sorry I didn't reach out sooner. If you already have a book I can send something else.

All the mail rewards will be, from this post forward, "opt-in". I will make a post in advance of sending the mail out and if you want to claim your reward you can let me know.:)

Please please please let me know if you have any issues with this. I so deeply appreciate your support and want you to feel like you get real value and access from subscribing to my patreon. It really makes a difference in my life and I am so thankful for your presence in this space.

All the best,

Adam

I'd love to see an art stream.

Thank you!! It's very nerve-wracking!

Updating tiers can feel really fraught but you're absolutely right to do so. I'm sure you put a lot of thought into them and its a growing changing thing and that's good!
