I eagerly awaited the release of the sequel and when it finally came out my best friend and I played our own copies, in the same room but on separate small TVs, for almost a whole weekend. I remember waking up in the early hours and seeing he was still playing and motivating myself to wake up and keep going. Anyways, I went on to 100% it and put over 100 hundred hours into it by just running the same sections until I could defeat a boss flawlessly. I waited, forever, for kingdom hearts 3. long enough that my interest in the series waned. By the time three released, I was actively put off by the whole thing. All that said, I was absolutely not expecting to be hit so hard when the orchestral version of “Simple and Clean” swelled in during the Smash Bros reveal. So, I drew Sora from memory!
