I was on the board of a sexual assault center for several years. People are so horrified by the idea of grooming and child rape it can be hard to raise money. When I was on the board of a church we had a document and a plan that children were never alone with an adult, never ever alone. We covered grooming in the Sunday school so teachers could listen for it.
