I think it's been said that if someone dies in hell they do respawn after some time BUT if they are killed by an angelic weapon, they are dead and can't respawn.

The most popular theory of someone owning Alastor atm is that of Lilith. The most popular I've seen on youtube. The biggest clue being they were mentioned to have been missing from Hell for 7y. It's been awhile since I listened, but it's believed (until proven other wise) Lilith sent him to protect Charlie (if I remember correctly). I mean he showed not long after Charlie called Lilith saying she had no idea what she was doing, in the pilot episode. And you would also notice in some episodes that he takes keen interest in pictures hanging up in the hotel that have Lilith in them. Which all this being said, would also be a clue into to why he might not like Lucifer and takes jabs at Lucifer during the first song. Alson fun fact about Hells Greatest Dad, that I stumbled across by accident, well mainly Lucifer (or both), but his VA was inspired by Robin Williams, if you ever watched Disney movies, specifically Aladdin, Robyn Williams was the Genie, and when Aladdin first meets the Genie, Genie sings Friend Like Me, and yeah, so much inspiration right there. Also, Lilith was the first human woman, she's introduced as the introduction to the show. So all in all. Lilith is technically the first pure demon without an angel heritage.

Maybe this is coming from the protective adult side, but maybe, just MAYBE we should trust Lucifer's instant dislike and wariness of Alastor? 🤷‍♀️ The thing is, even without the foresight of the rest of the lore, so far we know Charlie doesn't ever talk to her dad unless he calls her, doesn't visit him either. She seems to think that he thinks she is a failure. She clearly spent most her time with her mom, whom we witness taking her away from her dad. She also states in an earlier episode that she trusts everyone aka: naive. Alastor we know doesn't believe in the hotel or it's purpose. Wants to see people fail. Enjoys owning and torturing souls. Is a SERIAL KILLER CANNIBAL. Desperately wants to make any kind of deal with people to get them under his thumb. Is sadistic. It is also a proven trait for serial killers to be exceedingly charming, both to lure in victims and to stay off radar. Lucifer we know from episode 1 when Charlie is telling his and her mom's story that he 'lost his will to dream' also known as the depression he openly admits to and clearly shows symptoms of. He obviously adores his daughter and wants to do right by her even if it's outside his comfort zone. Is very much still in love with his wife as evidence by the pictures and wedding ring he keeps on even though she disappeared on BOTH of them. Even when he seems unsupportive and dismissive of the hotel its because of his own personal experiences with sinners and doesn't want Charlie to be hurt. He even has 3 helpers he made for Charlie with her at the hotel to watch out for her since he is more or less sidelined by her. The man has been King of Hell for 10,000 years, he knows bad vibes when he feels them. Even if he is jealous of the time Alastor spends with Charlie, that doesn't mean his parental instincts aren't right. But I did just finish watching Quiet On Set not too long ago, so again maybe it's my overprotective adult coming out in force. 😅 I'm still keeping an eye on Alastor. Charm is used to cover flaws is all I'm saying. 💗

Alastor’s altruism I’m almost certain is an act. He only cares for the Hotel because it keeps him in Charlie’s graces and he needs her for either his own personal scheme or as a means of escaping his “leash” or possibly even both. And my personal belief is that his beef with Lucifer (and Vaggie as well) is over who the controlling influence in Charlie’s life.

Lilith- if you remember the story from the first episode- was the first human woman and wife to Adam before Eve. But she refused to submit to him then Lucifer found her and they fell in love. She was originally a human soul but is also considered the first demon in Hell(especially since Hell thrived under her rule). So no, she was never a fallen Angel like Lucifer ^^ Also, regarding Alastor's beef with Lucifer Viv, the creator, said that Alastor just likes to be the most powerful person in the room and feels threatened when he isn't which is why he immediately starts cozying up to Charlie in front of Lucifer and being pretty outright disrespectful to the king of Hell himself. He just likes to make people feel small- which only doesn't apply to Charlie because he is trying to mold her and manipulate her because after Lucifer she will be the most powerful being in Hell. Obviously Lucifer picks up on his pettiness and simply retaliates ^^ and his protective dad side is definitely coming out there

Not live of More than Anything that I can find, but they do have Happy Day In Hell and Poison Lives on Vivzs official channel, back around when Hazbin came out.

I think "More Than Anything" is even more impressive when you listen to the isolated vocals https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k06CHH87tV8&ab_channel=HazbinHotelAcapellas

Correct me if I'm wrong: Lilith is not a fallen angel. She was the first woman, so she was mortal but cast into hell with Lucifer for their supposed sin of sharing the fruit of knowledge with Eve. I believe she became half demon when she was cast down with Lucifer because she was not dead when being barred there. But no, no angelic blood within Lilith.
