The House is an old Traditional Japanese house and yes there walls do move like that depending on where in Japan you go you may see some. As for it being in Japanese with English sub I dont know its on Amazon Prime in the USA. Those little Lunch Boxes are called Bento Box, if you Visit any of the big Train Stations in Japan you will be able to buy a ready made one to try. Oh and Happy Birthday John hope you had a great day!
